Instructions
  1. Place potatoes in a large pot with water, bring to a boil.
  2. Lower heat and simmer for 25 min, until fork tender.
  3. Remove potatoes from pot and let cool. Then peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Place in a 2 qt baking dish.
  4. In a small saucepan combine butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Cook and stir until mixture boils. Pour mixture over potatoes.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
