Here’s a New Year’s Resolution…

by | Jan 6, 2011 | Inspiration, Personal Experiences | 0 comments

Happy New Year Everybody!! Around this time of year, with resolutions flying, there seems to be a lot of talk about getting fit, healthy, and active. But often we forget about one particularly important part of the body… THE BRAIN!!! The most crucial element of functioning as a human being and most of us just assume we are in good cranial health. There are many things in our everyday lives that can impair healthy brain function such as injury, aging, inadequate nutrition and even stress.

But What if you could improve your memory and attention span? Feel more alert and less irritable and anxious? Get a GOOD night’s sleep finally!? This is exactly the kind of improvement people see when engaging in a brain fitness regimen!

Brain Fitness Training combines the scientific knowledge of neurofeedback along with visual and cognitive approaches to help you enhance your peak performance. Just as one would use weights and resistance training to exercise muscles and improve their physique, one can also use brain fitness exercises to improve cognitive health.

At Dr. Diane Roberts Stoler, Ed.D. LLC, we have put together a team of experts to help you retrain and condition your brain. Each member has expertise that is related to brain function. In Brain Fitness Training we will be working with all aspects of your brain, both chemical and electrical, through brain mapping, biofeedback, neurofeedback, Nutrition Response Testing, appropriate nutrition education, listening training, CranioSacral, hypnosis, energy psychology and integrative body work.

You may want to try Brain Fitness Training if you are experiencing problems in the following areas:

  • Short term memory
  • Recall
  • Paying attention
  • Sleeplessness or disturbed sleep
  • Fatigue
  • Confusion

Within each person shines an inner light that illuminates our path and is the source of hope. Illness, trauma, suffering and grief can diminish the light and shroud hope. I am a catalyst for hope and change, offering a way to rekindle this inner light.
