Kyushu-Ryu Ju-Jitsu is a traditional style of Japanese martial arts that focuses on technique. Since my stroke in 1990, I have been training in Kyushu, and highly recommend it to others. Because it is technique-driven, Kyushu requires little strength making it great for even for people with disabilities. With just one simple move, I am able to protect myself against an aggressor. Protection is one of my top priorities and something I find important for all people, especially those with disabilities. Kyushu is a great way to achieve just that!

Dr. Diane is a catalyst for change

Within each person shines an inner light that illuminates our path and is the source of hope. Illness, trauma, suffering and grief can diminish the light and shroud hope. I am a catalyst for hope and change, offering a way to rekindle this inner light.
