Memory-Improving Kale Chips

- 1 bunch kale washed, dried, stems removed
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 cup warm water to help melt the oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 pinch cayenne
Preheat oven to 400 degress
Blend all coating ingredients (not the kale) in a blender
In a large bowl, toss the coating mixture and the kale leaves
Arrange the kale leaves on a baking sheet. Make sure that none of the leaves overlap
Broil in the oven for 5 minutes, then flip leaves and broil for another 2 minutes
Serve immediately
