Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream together: eggs, almond butter, cannelloni beans (soaked, cooked, smashed or if using canned beans just rinsed and smashed, raw honey, vanilla, and optional walnuts, raisins, and/or dark chocolate pieces.
In a separate bowl mix: almond flour, whole flaxseeds, baking soda, salt
Mix dry and wet bowls and bake. Time depends on how big you make the flattened cookie dough on the pan. Check after 15 minutes.
*Martha suggests that if you want to change the taste for some batches, add cinnamon and other pumpkin pie type spices.
