Insurance and Billing Fees
Dr. Diane® Brain Health accepts most major health plans for ongoing treatment, depending on the service. Please check with your health insurance carrier to verify specific coverage. Some plans require insurance referrals or out-of-network authorizations. Dr. Diane does not accept Medicaid or MassHealth.
Consults are by private pay (out-of-pocket). We can present you with a superbill of services after payment, and you can work with your insurance company to determine if there is any reimbursement.
Fees for Consults:
- 60 min Psychological Consult on Zoom: $300
- 90 min Neurological Consult on zoom: $450
Psychological Consults are for psychological conditions, such as anxiety or grief. Neurological Consults are for neurological conditions, such as concussion or TBI. If you are unsure of which type of consult is appropriate, call our office at 800-500-9971 and we will be more than happy to discuss. Please note, Dr. Diane® does not supply any notes, documentation, or codes for the Consult. You are welcome to take notes or bring a recording device to the consult.

It is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to know your coverage and benefits. You will be responsible for any amount not covered by your insurance plan.
