What is Executive Coaching?

Executive coaching is a powerful strategy that engages a willing client in a deep and honest exploration of their goals and the actions required to accomplish them.

Through executive coaching, as well as her work as a life coach, Dr. Diane® supports, challenges – and holds the client accountable to make consistent (often dramatic) progress towards the realization of his or her most important aspirations.

Through Dr. Diane®’s work as a life coach, and executive coaching, people are able to clarify their vision, overcome obstacles, change self-defeating beliefs and habits, build trust and goodwill, turn a business around, double sales or personal productivity, practice inspiring leadership, change an organization’s culture, or do whatever else is called for to achieve extraordinary results.

Dr. Diane® supports, challenges, and holds the client accountable to make consistent, often dramatic, progress towards the realization of his or her aspirations.

  • Memory/Recall.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness characterized by enhanced receptivity, relaxation and heightened imagination. It’s not really like sleeping, because the subject is alert the whole time. It is most often compared to daydreaming, or the feeling of “losing yourself” in a book or movie. You are fully conscious, but you tune out most of the stimuli around you. You focus intently on the subject at hand, to the near exclusion of any other thought.

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a relaxing, non-invasive process, lasting about 30 minutes. It is usually performed one to three times a week. Using cutting edge computerized biofeedback equipment and capitalizing on recent scientific research that illustrates the profound plasticity of the brain, Dr. Diane® works with individuals to utilize their brain frequencies to the maximum effectiveness.

Using non-intrusive sensors placed in various locations on the scalp, the electrical activity of the brain is measured and the information is “fed back” to that person. An individual plays a specialized video game, the object being to operate the game by controlling specific brain wave activity. Over several sessions, as the individual retrains his brain activity, he increases his skill level, thereby controlling his brain activity.

This exercise strengthens the brain and the rest of the nervous system, with powerful effects on the entire body. With the aid of Dr. Diane® and her state of the art equipment, the individual learns the correct brain wave pattern and therefore learns how to be in the optimal state to perform the tasks or control the behavior that they have had problems with in the past.

Dr. Diane® is one of a limited number of professionals trained and extensively experienced in neurofeedback. She treats local patients in her office, and additionally treatments can be done remotely using the latest software.

Biofeedback

Biofeedback is one type of Behavioral Medicine using information gained by monitoring skin temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, and other body conditions to promote control over the normally involuntary nervous system through conditioning and relaxation. There are three types of biofeedback: thermal, muscular (EMG), and neurological (EEG). All employ some type of computer or monitoring device, along with electronic sensors to give information about what is going on in the body.
