Foods That Could Be Giving You A Headache
One of consuming certain foods can trigger or worsen headaches in some people, particularly those who suffer from migraines. Certain foods additives and foods with monosodium glutamate (MSG) are known as common headache triggers. Additionally, foods high in tyramine, a substance that forms the breakdown of protein in some foods, are known to induce headaches. Below is a list of some foods and food ingredients to avoid. Try eliminating any suspected items from your diet and see if your headaches improve. Then, add back one at a time to see which one, if any, are triggering your headaches.

- cured, smoked, or marinated meats, fish and poultry (such as bologna, bacon, or ham)
- fermented, pickled, or marinated foods
